The Dog Blog: Sept. 4: Say hello to Teddy, Henna and Chili!

It's Friday! Just a reminder that we will be closed on Monday (Sept. 7) for the Labour Day holiday.

Nigel's taken loads of great pix today so I'm going to run lots of them below...

First of all, we'd like to introduce a couple new dogs to the pack: Teddy, a Yorkie-Poo, the little black cutie sitting on the pink chair. He's very playful, chasing and wrestling with Sofie (Yorkie, pictured left on her back) and Umber (chi).

Next is a picture of Henna (Boston terrier, with a ball in her mouth), who comes to visit when her mom's on holiday. We haven't seen her for a while - welcome back, Henna!

And the third photo is of a new dog called Chili (a chi/shih tzu), who is right now hanging out in the small room with a few of the littl'uns: Molly, Dawson, Mika, Lexy and Umber.

Here's the group photo taken earlier today. It's missing a few faces, but it's a goodie.

The morning walks are done, lunches have been fed, and we have the dogs split up into two rooms at the moment, by size and energy level.

In the big room, we have Henna, Spike, LG, Theodore, Heidi and Bechler all chasing after the ball right now. Scruffles (shih tzu-bishon) has been having a blast wrestling with Sofie (Yorkie) and chasing after Bechler.

* Pictured left: Cookie and Donut (pomeranians) posing for the cameras. Adorable!

And in the small room, the pups are playing chase through the blue tunnel and wrestling in the pink dog bed.

* Buttons (cockapoo) really likes Dawson, and has been following her around and cuddling up to her. Sebastian (miniature poodle) was a good boy for photos today and jumped onto the bench to pose. Yay! And Mika (Maltese) just arrived, running around, saying hello to everyone. :-)
