...And the Pawty Never Ends: Cake, Cavorting and Canines!

While Vancouver is approaching the tail end of summer,
Small Paws is in the middle of a birthday streak--
and not the kind that involves running around naked ;)
We continue with another Birthday Pawty today, celebrating
our puffy and utterly perfect Pom, Boo, and
we're having another tomorrow!
***

You Can Only Make a First Impression Once:
...and Jasmine does a stellar job, primly
posing on a pink chair for her portrait--
whew, try and say that five times fast ;)
***

And the Bashful Birthday Girl!
Boo gets first bite of her delish cake:
(We'd normally put a quote from her here,
but her mouth was full! :)
***

Bros Before Bones:
Foster forgets about the bone toy,
and opts to play with (and plants a kiss on)
Ozzy. Friends first, people!
***

Check Out the Big Dog On Campus!
Boo knows it's her birthday,
and towers over her toys
(what a boost for the ego!)
***

The Different Ways to Wear a Party Hat:
On the right, Brina models hers with dignity and class,
while on the left, Foster wears his askew.
Different strokes for different folks, I suppose!
***

It's a Puzzler:
Ozzy and Boo scope out the candles--
"How the heck do you blow 'em out?!"
***

Wishful Thinking:
Boo thinks about the perfect B-Day wish,
while Molly uses this moment to sneak a sniff at the cake.
***

More Doggies?!
Boo, Max, and Ozzy wonder who else
is coming to crash the pawty!
"D'you think there's enough cake for everyone?"
(and yes, there was!)
***

The Price of Partying:
Jasmine and Ruby wonder if they
really need to wear hats to the event--
"This cake better be worth it!"
***

And You Thought Your Dog Was Adorable:
Sheraz channels her inner diva,
and shows off her divine lashes for the camera.
"Who's prettier in pink? No one."
***

Pausing for a Profile:
Brina and Max ensure that the camera
catches the "right" angle--
"My publicist said to shoot from the right side, you know."
***

Small Paws in Motion:
An action shot catches Boo followed in hot pursuit by ardent admirer Foster,
while brindle buddies, Markus and Bruce play tug-o-war.
Charlie doesn't want to miss the action!
***

And, of course, the class photo!
***

Lunches!!!

Molly: Half
Foster: All
Ozzy: All
Max: A little
Charlie: A few bites
