Interpretation of Canine Behaviour: A Discourse From Dr. B. Barksworth

Today, my faithful digital denizens, I have a special guest commentator--the esteemed Dr. Barksworth of the renowned Institution of Canine Research in Dusseldorf, Germany (the very same which solved the ancient problems of why dogs like toilet water and dislike vacuums). He's kindly agreed to interpret the social behaviour captured in a few photos. Dr. Barksworth: take it away.
***

Dr. B: Ah, yes, here we see Rose executing the famed Take-A-Single-Step-Further-and-the-Toy-Gets-It manoeuver, which has successfully frozen Molly O and Molly M for the time being.
***

Dr. B: Extraordinary, extraordinary. Here we have a gathering of dogs--likely covert and paramilitary in nature--examining the famed guide by one Cesar Millan, the Notorious Dog Whisperer. No doubt this organization is seeking to uncover precisely why and how he discovered the secret to successful dog ownership. I have withheld the names of the members for the sake for privacy reasons.
***

Dr. B: And here we have an example of fine photography of Pickles, Nini & Teddy , no doubt undertaken by the uber-talented, artistically-inclined, superb staff of Small Paws. You are awesome.
Us: Thank you, Dr. B. You're pretty cool yourself.
***

Dr. B: In this photo, we have a fine example of what we humans refer to as "Making Out While Slow Dancing."
Us: "Molly and Rocco sitting in a tree...K-i-s-s-i-n-g!"
Dr. B: Really. I didn't realize that Small Paws was being run by a mob of second-graders.
Us: ...sorry.
***

Dr. B: As evidenced by this photo, Max and Ozzy have found a Cesar who is actually pretty popular with dogs.
***

Dr. B: Remarkable, remarkable. Here we have photographic evidence of the famed creature, the Shih-Mop (half Shih-Tzu, half Mop, and many different kinds of adorable).
***

Dr. B: Here is one the first photos from the anticipated scientific study "Are Maya and Katie Sweeter than Sugar Twin?", wherein we discovered the answer, which was, straight-up, YES."
***

Dr. B: Below we have a textbook example of "Commitmentus-Phobius" on Joe's face, who, presumably has just realized that he's already given Rose the keys to his heart.
***

Dr. B: Hmm. I believe we have a photo wherein the subjects, Umber and Pickles, are engaging in the happy social ritual of "Onlineus-Shoppingus" which typically occurs after having successfully taken someone's credit card from their wallet.
***

Dr. B: Why, this is unlike anything I've ever seen before! Such hilarity! Such faces! Words fail me. I can only surmise that the subjects, Bruce & Brucester, are engaging in some sort of dramatic event, like a "Your-face-is-SO-not-weirder-than-mine!" contest.
***

Dr. B: ...and this. THIS IS AMAZING.
Us: I know, right?
***

Dr. B: Please standby for the results of the lunch/treats today.
